Give £20. Get £20.

How it works

1. 1Share your referral link with a landlord, homeowner, property manager or Airbnb host who hasn't used LocationSquare before.
2. 2They get £20 off their first eligible service, taken off the invoice after the visit.
3. 3Once their first service is completed and paid, you get £20 LocationSquare credit towards your next eligible booking.

Eligibility and exclusions

• The £20 welcome discount is for new LocationSquare customers only, on their first eligible service.
• It doesn't combine with promotional prices. If your first booking already has an offer price (for example the Halloween CP12 offer), you keep the offer price and the £20 stays available for your next eligible booking.
• The referrer's £20 credit is issued only after the referred customer's first service is completed and the invoice is paid in full. Sign-ups, visits, cancelled or unpaid bookings don't earn credit.
• Credit is used on future eligible bookings, up to £20 per booking, and expires 12 months after it's issued. It can't be exchanged for cash or transferred.
• You can't refer yourself. We check for duplicate accounts and may hold a reward while we review it.
• If a qualifying booking is cancelled or refunded, the welcome discount or credit linked to it is adjusted.
